*Public Condemnation for Delinquent Repayment from
Former Executive Committee Members*

Due to the financial problem caused by the negligence
of the Executive Committee of Session 2019 – 2020,
a repayment schedule was agreed on in the 28th AGM.

However, in June 2020 - Feb 2021, two former
Executive Committee members did not repay as
promised.

Two instalments in the amount of $700 for
1. Ng Nam Lok Zeno (Tommy)
2. Kam Siu Ho (Hayden)

To date, no payments have been received. According to
the agreement in the 28th AGM, a public condemnation
will be published for defaulters.
Based on our trust for our former Executive Committee
members and the spirit of our society, a non-binding
contract was agreed upon.

However, the two aforementioned people violated the
agreement as they fail to bear their responsibilities
and break our trust.
Such actions were considered to be completely
unacceptable and shameful for our society.

The Student Social Service Society now publicly
criticizes such behaviours and urges the
defaulters to repay the delinquent amount
immediately as well as the outstanding amount
according to schedule
in the future.
